Recognizing media dirtbags

How to recognize a media dirtbag?
One sure way is when they refuse to mention,
when reporting the death of Trayvon Martin,
that there is incontrovertible evidence that
George Zimmerman only shot Martin
after Martin had seriously injured Zimmerman,
while there is no evidence certain that Zimmerman had injured Martin in any way
to provoke Martin's causing injury to Zimmerman.
This one-sided reporting of what happened
is proof positive of how racially biased (in favor of blacks)
the media is.

An example of such bias:

Justice Department declines to pursue charges against George Zimmerman
by Adam B. Lerner
Politico, 2015-02-25

...

Trayvon Martin, an unarmed 17-year-old,
was shot and killed by George Zimmerman on Feb. 26, 2012, in Sanford, Florida,
as he returned from a local convenience to the home of his father’s fiancée.

Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer,
claimed that Martin had been acting suspiciously
before he shot the teenager.

...

[Two crucial facts are omitted from that summary:
  1. Zimmerman's justification for the shooting
wasn't merely that "Martin had been acting suspiciously",
but that Zimmerman felt that his life was in danger.
Can't the media make such a crucial fact part of their reporting?
    Evidently not.
Adam B. Lerner, you are one crooked journalist.
  2. Zimmerman's assertion that he felt his life was in danger
was based on real, proven injuries
that Martin had inflicted on Zimmerman.
And there was no evidence that
Martin had stopped inflicting serious and unjustifiable injuries
    on Zimmerman.
Martin was shot, not in the back as he was running away,
but in the chest, at point-blank range.
In other words, Martin was still engaging Zimmerman.
Again, for not reporting such crucial facts,
Adam B. Lerner, you are one real dirtbag.

The Politico story closes with quoting this comment from the DOJ:]

“Our decision not to pursue federal charges
does not condone the shooting that resulted in the death of Trayvon Martin
and is based solely on the high legal standard applicable to these cases,”
Acting Assistant Attorney General Vanita Gupta said in a statement.
“[I]t is important to remember that
this incident resulted in the tragic loss of a teenager’s life.”

[Precisely why is this a tragedy, Gupta,
if the shooting was entirely justified by Martin's own actions?
It's a shame when America's Justice Department contains such dirtbags
that they cannot recognize when whites need to defend themselves
against the violence of blacks.
Vanita Gupta, you also are a real dirtbag.
How many of such dirtbags are in the DOJ these days?]
